Lihok Technologies OPC is a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines. We build a governed operating layer for AI, and the products that run on it.
We build for Philippine and Southeast Asian SMEs and asset-intensive operators — organisations that are structurally under-served by vendors who design for somewhere else first.
Why we exist
The industry solved talking. The unsolved problem is working.
A great deal of effort has gone into making machines that can converse. Comparatively little has gone into making them dependable when they act.
We think that gap — the space between a capable model and an accountable outcome — is where the next durable businesses get built. That is the layer we work on.
How we work
Six commitments that shape what we build.
Evidence, not assertions
Work should end in a record that can be inspected, not in a statement that it went well.
Authority is explicit
Consequential actions stop for human approval. An executor cannot perform what it was not granted, and a conversational agent may assert an outcome only after an authorised action actually succeeded.
We label what is finished
Every product on this site carries its real stage. A roadmap item is never presented as something you can use today.
Build for replacement
Models, providers and vendors change on short notice. We design so that they can be replaced without rewriting the system that depends on them.
We do not claim the commodity
Approval gating and tracing on their own are becoming standard. We do not present them as the moat. The accountable outcome layer — and the tested integration of many hard parts — is what we are building.
Sequenced, not scattered
Our products share one governed foundation, so the second one costs a fraction of the first. They are built in sequence rather than in parallel, on purpose.

Gerald's background is engineering, operations and asset maintenance in utilities — environments where coordination and proof matter considerably more than intelligence does.
He wrote the company's governed operating layer himself, and built a live production front-office deployment for a real business on the platform that runs on it.
