This is architecture rather than a delivered integration. What a product may actually draw on is decided per request — by the product, the organisation, the person, their permissions and the governance in force — and by what has been built.

Why we are planning it.
Training is usually either generic material that fits nobody in particular, or content an organisation assembles itself and then cannot keep current. Academy is our planned answer to both.
One instructor capability, not two
Lihok Academy uses Lihok Coach's Instructor Mode as its teaching capability. Instructor Mode is a capability of Coach, not a product, and there is one instructor capability across the portfolio rather than one per product. Academy is where a person learns; Coach is where a person prepares, practises and performs.
