Privacy notice

This notice describes how this website handles information. It covers this website only — not the Lihok Frontline platform, which has its own notice for each tenant deployment.

Last updated 11 September 2026

Enquiry delivery is not currently enabled

The contact form tells you plainly when you submit that nothing was sent. Until delivery is enabled, a message you submit is not kept and is not sent to anyone, so nobody at Lihok sees it.

The sections below describe how enquiries are handled once delivery is enabled. Everything else in this notice — browsing, server logs, cookies, and your rights — applies as written today.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Lihok Technologies OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines.

Philippine law governing the handling of personal information is the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

What this website collects

Ordinary browsing. The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs — including IP address and request metadata — as part of serving and protecting the site.

If you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it:

  • your name
  • your work email address
  • your company or organisation, if you provide it
  • the subject you selected
  • the message you wrote
  • the time of submission and the IP address the request came from, used only to rate-limit abuse

What this website does not do

The site does not create accounts, does not use advertising or profiling cookies, does not sell or rent information to anyone, and does not use what you submit for marketing.

This website does not connect to, and cannot reach, any internal Lihok system. It holds no privileged credentials of any kind. It also cannot deliver an enquiry, because delivery is not enabled.

Why we process it

For one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it. Rate-limiting data exists to keep the form usable and to prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. Rate-limiting records are short-lived and are discarded automatically.

Who else sees it

No processor receives an enquiry from this website, because enquiry delivery is not enabled. When you submit the form it tells you plainly that nothing was sent.

Nothing you submit is kept and nothing is sent to anyone, so there is no enquiry content to share.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to be informed about how your information is being processed, to access it, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, to have it erased or blocked in the circumstances the law provides, and to be compensated for damages in the circumstances the law provides.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
